This Includes :

ReView – Stakeholder & Ecosystem assessment
This phase includes a one-on-one strategic interview with Mike Randall or the Portfolio team, during which we will analyze your organization's needs. We can then discuss stakeholder onboarding, preliminary research, and early opportunity identification to pave the way for further exploration.

ReAlign – Collaborative planning workshop
This phase builds on the initial findings by engaging stakeholders in facilitated workshops, either virtual or in-person. This will help define your organization's objectives and develop strategies and an action plan.

ReDesign – Creation of custom Strategic Action Plan
With insights and objectives in place, we focus on creating a detailed plan tailored to your goals. This includes outlining key steps, timelines, and resources needed to develop a clear and actionable roadmap for achieving goals.

ReInforce – Follow up coaching for sustained implementation
Here, you'll benefit from a follow-up coaching session to support the implementation of your new strategic action plan. This will give you the support you need to ensure its success.

Selection : One organization per quarter, based on mission alignment, readiness for strategic planning, and potential for impact
Engagement Duration : 6 week of intensive program followed by one coaching session
